About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead its end-to-end marketing strategy, with a focus on lead generation, intake performance, and strategic marketing growth. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in marketing, particularly in high-volume environments, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities for the CMO include owning and executing the full-funnel marketing strategy across various channels, managing external vendors and agencies, and continuously optimizing marketing funnels to enhance case volume and quality. The role also involves close collaboration with intake leadership to improve conversion rates and align marketing performance with intake KPIs. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of marketing experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns, and at least 5 years' in a leadership role that encompasses both marketing and operations teams. A strong preference is given to candidates with a background in personal injury law or legal marketing. The ideal candidate will possess deep fluency with digital marketing platforms, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong leadership presence capable of driving performance in an in-office setting. The role requires a hands-on, execution-focused approach, and the ability to foster a culture of testing, measurement, and continuous improvement within the marketing and intake support teams.
