Trillium has an immediate opening for an experienced Chemical Plant Manager in Fairfield, OH!
If you have experience in hazardous chemicals and transportation/managing a fleet, this Direct-Hire Plant Manager opportunity could be just what you seek.
Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation to optimize the full order cycle
- Manage, train, and coach all warehouse and transportation employees
- Maintain accurate records of product quality and stock inventory
- Analyze warehouse operations and workforce performance and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure effective warehouse layout, transportation routes, and shipment processing
- Supervise the maintenance and operations of all transport vehicles
- Ensure compliance with local laws, ISO requirements, and regulations
Schedule is Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Salary is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience / Plus profit-sharing which averages $10-15,000 per year (paid out quarterly).

Qualifications:
- Professional background in the hazardous chemical industry
- Experience in transportation and managing a fleet
- Familiar with OSHA, ISO, and HazMat
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and ERP software
