Craftexcom The Cashier at Craftexcom will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. This role involves interacting with customers, processing payments, and balancing cash registers at the end of shifts.

$19.50 - $30.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly upon arrival.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience.
• Perform regular cash reconciliations and report discrepancies immediately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and improve store performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills for cash handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
