What will you do as a Care Partner?

• Assist in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Current HCA or CNA license in WA or willingness to obtain one within 200 days of employment.
• Six months to one-year related experience preferred and/or training in direct care services with older adults, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
