Join the ROJO Car Wash team! We are a family-owned and operated business based in Norwood, MA. Established in 1967, ROJO Car Wash continues to serve its community with four locations, two in Norwood and one in Walpole. ROJO Car Wash is committed to providing a top notch experience for their customers and offers quality services including detailing and an unlimited car wash program.

We have an immediate opening for a Car Wash Manager. Car Wash Managers drive daily car wash operations which will include developing and managing high functioning service teams, building and fostering strong customer relationships and processing high quality, clean cars in an express car wash environment. Managers also maintain all aspects of the business, including repairs, maintenance and cleaning of the equipment and property.
We are looking for candidates who:

• Enjoy providing an excellent service experience to customers
• Enjoy working hard in an outdoors fast paced customer focused environment.
• Are production driven through hands-on management and lead by example.
• Understand and utilize basic financial analysis tools to grow the business
• Can drive profit through customer satisfaction, increased volume, and customer loyalty
• Enjoy team building including training and developing people
• Have mechanical aptitude
• Want a compensation plan that can be significantly driven by their own efforts.
• Requirements Minimum of 3 years Retail Service Management experience including staff management of 10 or more employees.

• Ability to work 45 hours a week including weekends and holidays. The applicant would work a 5 day work week and have two continuous days off in a row. The schedule can change depending on the needs of the business.
• Previous Car Wash management experience strongly preferred.
• General knowledge of employment laws and human resource policies and programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills required.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills a plus.
• Previous human resources training and bi-lingual ability is a plus
• Car Wash manager will also perform MA State inspections (Rojo will pay for schooling and licensing)
• This is a full-time, management opportunity and requires a valid state driver's license. We offer a competitive total compensation package ranging from $55,000-$70,000 depending on experience which includes bonus potential (ranges between $3,000 and $10,000 annually) and benefit programs including medical and dental insurance (company pays 50%).
