AAA is looking for an experienced and innovative Manager to help lead our Auto Wash Team in Cincinnati, OH. As the Car Wash Manager, this individual will be essential in the day-to-day functions and ensuring the overall success of the facility, all the while, working to maintain AAA's devotion to providing of great customer service. The Care Wash Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training top talent, greeting and interacting with customers, monitoring levels of service and inventory, working to minimize and resolve customer service issues, and finally, opening and closing of the facility.
AAA's Ideal candidate for the Car Wash Manager position is someone who is hard working, self-motivating, and dedicated to the company goal of Total Satisfaction in Customer Service.
This position is located at the Central Parkway Auto Wash: 3300 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45225 At AAA, your success is our success. As a Car Wash Manager, we can offer you: - Competitive salary, depending on experience.

Minimum Qualifications: - Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years' of business or customer service experience. 3+ years' of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Satisfactory pre-employment screening results, including a background check and drug screening.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of car wash machinery.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively train, retain, and motivate employees.
- Ability to promptly and effectively interact and at times de-escalate issues with customers.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
