The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is adding a Call Center Coordinator to the team. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by assisting with any inquiries or service requests coming through a variety of channels. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding suitable solutions.
• Update customer information in the CRM during or after each interaction, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information to clients.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or Management as needed.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall client and Team Member experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
• Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM systems or call center software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
