Business Systems Analyst – SAP S/4HANA

Full-Time | $55,000 – $80,000/year | Onsite, Monday–Friday (8am–5pm)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to partner with sales and operations teams in driving efficiency, improving processes, and enhancing the customer experience. In this role, you’ll apply your SAP S/4HANA expertise, problem-solving skills, and data-driven mindset to support innovation and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business needs and translate them into system improvements and product recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows impacted by technology
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and SAP tools
• Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud document management and automation projects
• Troubleshoot system and process-related issues for seamless operations
• Document processes, train users, and drive adoption of digital solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Systems/Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in software/app development, product consulting, or digital solution implementation
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform
• 2+ years with Power BI or other visualization tools
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
