Build and manage internal surveys
Work with requestors to define survey objectives, criteria, timeline, etc.
Build surveys in the Qualtrics platform, adhering to requestor specifications and internal best practices
Schedule distributions and deliver results in a timely manner
As needed, work with the customer analytics team to meet requestor needs
Distribute ongoing customer surveys, and monitor and report on survey completion rates and customer feedback
Update Tableau visualizations and dashboards
Complete and distribute reports:
Weekly customer platform performance
Monthly contact center performance reports
Update monthly presentation content in PowerPoint
Update team process documentation for existing work
Manage team tasks in SharePoint including:
Tracking projects and task lists
Adding and reviewing reports and process documentation
Monitor daily activity in Oncor's Customer Community and provide reports as requested
Execute routine data pipeline refreshes using Python and SQL
Support other ad hoc projects as needed
