About the Position Arrow Stage Lines is looking for a Motorcoach Detailer in Norfolk, NE. The role is part‑time and on‑call; hours depend on charter schedules and may include early mornings or late evenings. Candidates must be self‑motivated, able to work independently, and complete duties efficiently with minimal supervision. Pay range: $20.00/hr – $25.00/hr (based on experience). Arrow Stage Lines, family‑owned since 1928, is the premier charter bus company in America, serving VIPs, businesses, schools, and other groups nationwide. Key Responsibilities Exterior Duties: Use pre‑soak, brushes, and a pressure washer to wash the exterior of the motorcoach. Scrub all wheels and tires, remove bugs from the front, and clean oil from the back of the bus. Squeegee all windows and wipe down external windows and mirror glass with cleaning rags. Interior Duties: Clean inside of the vehicle, including overhead luggage bins, seats, kick panels, and footrests. Clean all windows and window frames. Sweep and mop floors. Clean the complete lavatory area and driver compartment. Other Duties: Ensure interior supply boxes are stocked. Complete finishing touches such as emptying wastebaskets, placing lost items in the lost‑and‑found, and spraying air freshener. Drive motorcoaches/vehicles into and out of the bay. At the end of each shift, wash down floors, hang up hoses, and perform all other assigned end‑of‑shift procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills Reliable transportation and regular attendance. Proficiency with a power‑wash machine and repetitive wheel and brush motions. Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. Basic mechanical knowledge helpful. Strong written, verbal, and reading English skills. High attention to detail and basic math skills. Comfort with cleaning soaps and chemicals. Flexibility with hours and days worked; weekend work required. Can work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to safely drive motorcoaches and company vehicles. Work independently with little to no direction. Efficiency and effectiveness under time pressures. Complete a cleaner checklist for each vehicle cleaned. Willingness to work in wet, hot, and cold conditions in a maintenance shop. Remain on feet for extended periods; perform consistently in a physically demanding role. Open bus bay doors and use a pressure washer. Pass a background check. Required Experience At least one year of vehicle cleaning experience. Driver’s license with an excellent driving record and reliable transportation to and from shifts.
