What You’ll Do:

As a BSA Fraud Specialist you will:

  • Lead with Purpose : Inspire your colleagues by modeling our Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Deliver Unmatched Service : Build strong relationships with members, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies while identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Investigate & Analyze : Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious activities, ensuring all concerns are addressed with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure Compliance: File regulatory and legal reports when required, including but not limited to suspicious activity reports (SARs), currency transaction reports (CTRs), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) reports, police, and law enforcement reports.
  • Collaborate : Work with various teams to enhance our compliance programs and implement necessary updates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage BSA/AML alerts and investigations, documenting findings and ensuring confidentiality.
  • File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), and respond to compliance inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Support fraud initiatives and assist with audits and examinations.
