Mancan Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a reputable CPA firm in Steubenville, OH. This position focuses on payroll-related tasks and requires proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. While prior administrative tax knowledge is a plus, it is not required.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform payroll processing and related tasks
Use QuickBooks and Excel for bookkeeping and data entry
Support general accounting functions as needed
Assist with administrative duties during tax season

Monday Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
January April (Tax Season):
Monday Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
Previous payroll experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Administrative tax knowledge a plus, but not required
