Responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator

• Billing customers and following up on past-due invoices
• Handling weekly / monthly / annual billing cycles
• Assisting with month end close activities
• Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Controller

Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail & communication skills
• Eager to work with & learn from a strong, close-knit team!
