Responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator

Billing customers and following up on past-due invoices
Handling weekly / monthly / annual billing cycles
Assisting with month end close activities
Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Controller

Qualifications

Intermediate Excel skills a plus
Meticulous attention to detail & communication skills
Eager to work with & learn from a strong, close-knit team!
