Pay: $17.25/hr.

Schedule: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities

• Review receivables, payer types, and standby accounts for upcoming facility contract renewals.
• Verify and process billings for hospitals, nursing homes, government agencies, and private industry.
• Post facility payments, reconcile deposits, and process refunds for overpayments.
• Investigate questionable payments and handle related correspondence and inbound calls.
• Prepare and submit monthly billing and performance reports for administrative review.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of facility contract or medical billing experience (Associate's Degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid regulations, including SNF Consolidated Billing and PPS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with solid problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to meet productivity goals independently.
