Summary

Chroma Early Learning Academy is a leading early education provider dedicated to nurturing and inspiring young children in a Spanish immersion environment. We believe in the power of language and cultural immersion to enrich young minds and prepare them for a globalized world. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated bilingual Spanish-speaking teacher to join our Spanish immersion program. The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering an engaging, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children to learn and thrive in a second language.

Duties

Plan and implement Spanish immersion curriculum for young learners
Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
Engage children in Spanish language through daily routines, structured lessons, and play-based learning activities
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about students? progress
Collaborate with other educators and staff to develop curriculum and enrichment activities

Requirements

Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with a strong command of spoken and written Spanish
Experience in early childhood education, ideally in a bilingual or Spanish immersion setting
18 hours of Georgia Childcare Training or ability to obtain within 90 Days of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, patient, and engaging personality with a passion for language learning
18+years of age
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Must pass a Criminal Background Check

Our Company is based out of Atlanta, GA operating multiple Childcare Center locations all around Metro Atlanta with Locations in Roswell, Marietta, Canton, Duluth, Austell, Newnan and Lilburn.
