Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Educate clients on insurance products, including auto, home, life, business, and health insurance.
• Provide personalized insurance solutions based on customers’ needs and goals.
• Process policy applications, changes, renewals, and claims efficiently.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to drive agency growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
