We focus on developing players ages 3–16, from first-time beginners to advanced athletes. Our mission is to build strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game in a fun and supportive environment. Position Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Basketball Coaches to lead training sessions for youth players. Coaches will teach foundational and advanced skills, help players build confidence, and maintain a positive, structured environment. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Responsibilities Lead engaging training sessions for players ages 3–16 Teach age-appropriate skills: dribbling, shooting, footwork, passing, defense Create and execute practice plans Motivate players and promote great sportsmanship Maintain a safe, energetic, and welcoming training environment Support weekend practices, leagues, and camps as scheduled Communicate professionally with parents and staff Assist with equipment setup and facility organization Qualifications Previous experience working with children (preferred) Basketball coaching or competitive playing experience Strong communication and leadership skills Positive, energetic, and patient approach with young athletes Ability to manage groups and run drills effectively CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain) Schedule & Pay Part-Time: Weekday evenings and/or weekends Full-Time: Regular weekly schedule + weekend programs Pay: Competitive, based on experience (typically $XX–$XX/hr) Why Join Han Basketball Academy?
