Job Title: Retractable Awning Installer

--As a high-volume dealer, we are expanding our team and seeking skilled and reliable installers for SunSetter retractable awnings.

Job Responsibilities: --Install, repair, and maintain SunSetter retractable awnings at customer locations.
--Follow precise installation guidelines for SunSetter products to ensure quality and longevity.
--Measure and mount awnings securely, ensuring proper fit and operation.
--Assemble and install awning hardware, motors, and accessories.
--Troubleshoot and resolve installation or product issues on-site.
--Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
--Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on awning operation and care.
--Ensure that all installations meet local building codes and company standards.
--Maintain proper inventory and tools required for installation.
--Use cloud-based software to communicate with the office, track job status, and update customer information in real-time.
Qualifications: --Experience with retractable awnings, outdoor product installations, or similar construction/installation work is preferred.
--Familiarity with SunSetter retractable awning products is a plus.
--Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized installation equipment.
--Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
--Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
--Excellent communication and customer service skills.
--Ability to use simple technology, including cloud-based software for communication and job tracking between the office and field.
--Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
--Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
--High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
