Responsibilities Communicate Communicate with customer on parts status. Establish long-term and short-term goals to ensure the shop is successful. Ability to write estimates for multiple insurance companies. Quality inspects the vehicle following repairs to verify that repairs have been done properly. Responsible for assigning repair work to technicians and supervising workflow to complete vehicle repairs within specific target dates. Hold daily meetings. Schedule all sublet work in a timely manner.
