As the Associate Financial Planning Analyst, primary responsibilities include corporate financial planning and analysis functions like monthly and quarterly reporting, region level analysis of margins and expenses, etc. This position reports directly to Sr. Manager (Finance).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports including quarterly reports.
• Analysis of business segments – Margin and expenses.
• Collect, compile and prepare annual budgets for each department across all ~18 legal entities and multiple divisions.
• Work and prepare regional profitability reporting for service regions.
• Perform intercompany reconciliation, run cash flow, P&L and balance sheet reports by month and quarter.
• Prepare presentations (PPT) for board meetings and leadership meetings.
• Learn and support billing process related to subscription revenue - maintain subscription booking, backlog, and annual recurring revenue.
• Work on annual report filing and renewals to local/federal government.
• Must be willing to learn and support SAP modules related to finance business processes
• Support finance team in running reports for external auditors.
• Develop and update end user training documentation for the business processes implemented.

The compensation for this position is $65k to $80k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual bonus.
