*What You’ll Do*

* Manage a varied caseload with partner support—from initial client intake through resolution.
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, contracts, and settlement documents.
* Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, mediations, and trials as experience allows.
* Conduct legal research and craft concise, persuasive written work.
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts; keep matters moving and clients informed.
* Assist with transactions (entity formation, estate planning, contracts, real estate) and advise clients on risk, compliance, and strategy.
* Contribute to firm development through mentoring, process improvement, and occasional business development.

*What We’re Looking For*

* J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed (or eligible for prompt admission) in Idaho.
* Excellent writing and analytical skills; strong attention to detail and deadlines.
* Professionalism with clients, team members, and the court.
* Ability to prioritize, take ownership, and ask smart questions.
* Experience or interest in civil litigation, business/real estate, and estate planning a plus (but not required).
* Comfort with common practice tools (Microsoft 365/Teams, document management, e-filing).
