Associate Art Director

Ready to create work that actually matters? We're hunting for an Associate Art Director who gets it—someone who knows that killer design isn't just about looking good, it's about driving results.

We are looking for someone who can craft creative that stops the scroll, sparks emotion, and actually moves the needle for our clients. You'll be one of our creative forces bringing ideas to life across our digital playground, working closely with our tight-knit team to deliver work that performs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Dream up big ideas that look amazing AND hit performance targets
• Work alongside our Creative Director and team to bring concepts to life
• Design assets for web, social, email, and paid ads—the whole digital universe
• Dive into campaign data to see what's working, then iterate and optimize
• Apply CRO best practices and run A/B tests to prove which creative wins
• Turn insights into action and build case studies showing real business impact

What You Bring to the Table

Your Toolkit and Marketing Brain

• 3-5 years as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar role at an agency or brand
• You're a wizard with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Adobe XD)
• You understand how B2B marketing actually works, not just theory
• You've created lead gen assets (landing pages, gated content, nurture emails) that perform
• You can look at Google Analytics or similar dashboards without your eyes glazing over
• You get why certain creative choices lead to better metrics and can explain it to others
• You know enough HTML/CSS to talk shop with developers
• A portfolio that makes us say "damn, this person gets it"—show us concepts with substance

Your Vibe

• You're a visual storyteller who thinks in concepts, not just layouts
• You can present your work and defend your ideas without being defensive
• You balance "let's make it beautiful" with "let's make it convert" naturally
• You're a team player who also knows how to lead when it's go time
