Job Title: Assistant Graphic Artist
Reports To: Marketing Manager
FLSA Status: Part Time
Classification: Non-Exempt
Job Summary: The assistant graphic designer will play a role in maintaining brand consistency across various print materials and digital mediums. This position requires adherence to established brand guidelines and focuses on producing high-quality visual assets while ensuring accurate and efficient print production and creative turn-around times.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design:
•Modify and adapt existing design templates to meet specific project needs while maintaining brand consistency.
•Ensure all designs meet the technical specifications and quality standards required for print production.
Print Production:
•Prepare and review print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design specifications.
•Oversee the print production process, from proofing to final output, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
Brand Compliance:
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand guidelines and ensure all design work is compliant with these standards.
Administrative Duties:
•Manage and organize digital asset libraries, including design files and brand resources.
•Track and report on project progress, including deadlines, budgets, and any issues that arise during production.
•Assist with other design-related tasks and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications: •Formal education is valued but not mandatory.
•1+ years of experience in graphic design and print production, preferably within a corporate or wholesaler environment.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw.
•Strong understanding of print production processes, including file preparation, proofing, and vendor management.
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements: •Administrative/Prolonged periods of computer work 80%
•Walking, Bending, Lifting, and Twisting 20%
•Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
