Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Electrician. At Holthaus and Johnson Electric, we specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work in the local area. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist journeyman electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
• Learn and apply safety standards and procedures on job sites.
• Help with troubleshooting electrical issues and ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
• Support the team in various tasks related to electrical projects, both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems or general construction is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced electricians.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Additional Information:

• Some travel may be required for certain projects, but employees are guaranteed to be home every night.
• Paid holidays and vacation time are available following a probationary period.
• Starting pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience level.
