Partnership Track: Full-time W2 employees have the potential to become partners within 2 years, with shares awarded based on tenure and leadership roles. Work Environment: Join a compassionate and professional anesthesia group with a long-held reputation for excellence. We provide services at 6 ASCs and 1 Endoscopy Center, with GI procedures making up 95% of the caseload. Position Highlights: Caseload: 6 ASCs, 1 Endoscopy Center (95% GI cases) Schedule: 40-50 hours/week, with seasonal variation (some weeks less than 40 hours) No OB, Hearts, Trauma, Neonates, or Transplants No In-House Call: Our call ends by 7 PM. Regional Anesthesia Training: We offer funding for the Maverick Regional Anesthesia Course in Fort Worth. Location Flexibility: Providers are credentialed across multiple facilities for greater flexibility. Compensation & Benefits: ~ W2 Salary: ~1099 Rate ~ Partnership Track: 2 years to partnership for full-time W2 employees with shares for tenure and leadership.
