Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick items from shelves based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Pack products securely and safely to prevent damage during transit. Label packages and prepare them for shipment according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, scanners, and other tools, safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets. Follow all safety protocols and quality standards in compliance with Amazons guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills for scanning and tracking inventory. Experience No prior experience required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
