💼 Administrative Specialist

💰 $15.25 - $23.09/hr*

*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:

• support the Leadership team with day-to-day operations, company projects, and communications. 
• gather data for general information purposes or special reports and prepare reports when requested.
• manage complex and quickly changing calendars such as scheduling appointments and meetings.
• confer with the Human Resources Department to provide assistance with payroll, personnel databases, and other duties.
• prepare a variety of statistical data, agendas, memos, lists, forms, and other materials as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Ability to self-manage projects / deadlines while working quickly in an active office environment
• Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
• Clear TB test 
• Clear Background Check through DOJ/FBI
