Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Supply Chain and Product Teams through precise data entry.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Assist with product inspection and quality control processes.
Organize and maintain computer folders, files, and documents.
Offer general administrative support to team members and the office.
Help coordinate team events and activities.
Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor's degree.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:

1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus.
