We are a busy and growing insurance office located in Woodland Hills seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an in-office position (no remote work) supporting agents and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • 1 year of proven Administrative Assistant experience

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently

  • Provide administrative support to team members

  • Assist with data entry, file maintenance, and client record updates

  • Handle mail, email, and other office communications

  • Perform general office duties as needed
