We are a busy and growing insurance office located in Woodland Hills seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an in-office position (no remote work) supporting agents and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
1 year of proven Administrative Assistant experience
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Provide administrative support to team members
Assist with data entry, file maintenance, and client record updates
Handle mail, email, and other office communications
Perform general office duties as needed
