We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant Bookkeeper to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL . This is a hands-on role requiring extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise versions . The ideal candidate must be proficient in A/R, A/P, and bank reconciliations , with the ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Accounts Receivable (A/R) – Generate and process client invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
✅ Accounts Payable (A/P) – Process vendor bills, issue payments, and maintain accurate records.
✅ Bank Reconciliations – Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations with precision.
✅ Time Sheet Data Entry – Accurately input and manage employee time tracking data.
✅ Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure all records are up to date and aligned with accounting standards.
✅ Deadline & Detail-Oriented Work Ethic – Must be highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines.
✅ MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF QUICKBOOKS
Requirements:
✔️ Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise –REQUIRED!
✔️ Proven expertise in A/R, A/P, and bank reconciliations .
✔️ Strong understanding of general accounting principles .
✔️ Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
✔️ Must be located in or willing to commute to West Palm Beach, FL .
