Department: Lifestyle Location: PURPLE Miami Compensation: $67,000 - $70,000 / year Key Responsibilities Manage inbound requests and pitch partnerships, programming and activations that dovetail with PR efforts for PURPLE’s roster of luxury clients. Layer in partners and vendors to pre-existing event ideas to create buzzworthy PR‑able activations. Contribute to new business development and strategy documents. Build and maintain relationships with creatives, influencers, stylists, photographers, agents and vendors. Manage projects from initial brief through to concept and final execution working closely with the client teams. Budget management on small and mid‑scale events. Liaise with production companies for large‑scale events. Familiarize with PURPLE’s roster of available event venues and F&B options, and research potential new venues. Coordinate staffing requirements, assigning roles and responsibilities, as well as brief staff ahead of events. Responsible for leading event FOH management and logistics—advising on check in, photography, and client needs. Invitation management, distribution, and co‑ordination via Launchmetrics. Lead seating plans for fashion shows. Event photography and videography coordination and briefing. Draft post‑event or post‑campaign recap reports for clients. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 3 to 4 years background in PR, Marketing and/or event production; previous PR agency experience preferred. Proven experience in partnerships and event management. Strong knowledge of influencer talent and ability to contribute strategically to event guest lists. Social media awareness with an understanding of influencers and online communities. Ambitious with a strong work ethic and a passion for working in events. Past experience in identifying potential issues and dealing with imminent challenges, and providing best‑case solutions in real time.
