Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled 3D Artist with a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering, with a proven track record of creating high-quality architectural visualizations. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential buildings to commercial spaces, contributing to the creation of stunning visuals that convey our clients' visions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D models of buildings and environments based on architectural plans and sketches.
  • Develop textures and materials that accurately reflect real-world surfaces and lighting conditions.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and conceptualize creative solutions.
  • Utilize lighting techniques to enhance the realism and mood of architectural renders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates to continuously improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights on improving visualization techniques and processes.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualization projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, or equivalent.
  • Experience with photorealistic texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
  • Knowledge of post-production processes in Photoshop or similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.
