Description

Sweet Pea's Shell in Clinton, PA is in search of an experienced Store Manager to join our team. This site offers fueling, a c-store, and food service to our customers!

Store Manager responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations of the site
• Maintain site to company's expectations
• Interview, hire, coach and manage employees
• Oversee the training of all employees
• Use leadership skills to build and maintain a team
• Writing, receiving and stocking orders for site
• Inventory Management
• Follow, train and enforce the company's policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Previous retail management experience
• Previous food service experience
• Previous beer and wine experience a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to be on call for staffing issues and emergencies
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license

Location: 1424 State Route 30, Clinton, PA 15026

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Must have previous retail management experience
• Ability to be on call for staffing issues and emergencies

• Able to stand, bend and kneel continuously throughout shift
• Able to lift/carry up to 40lbs
