The Role: We seek a talented and experienced '1st Officer'.

Description Brief: Senior Watchkeeping deck officer responsible for safe passage planning in line with company requirements and to the satisfaction of the Master. Must be confident in leading the bridge team by example in compliance and best practices to ensure company vessels are operated to the highest of professional standards.

Desired Requirements:

Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency.; Polar Code Advanced Certificate of Proficiency. ; All other statutory certificates commensurate as per Company Training & Certification Matrix.; Extensive experience as Captain in Polar Expedition passenger vessels; Experience working with modern integrated bridge systems, azimuth and conventional propulsion.; Valid STCW Medical with no limitations. ; Seafarers Book of own nation or Bahamas.; Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination. ; Passport valid for at least 6 months. ; Ability to acquire US C1D and or any other Visa if required.;
