Several other foundations and corporations funded programs in The Village at Market Creek with grants supporting such projects as the International Outreach Team, public art projects and performances, and micro-entrepreneur training programs.
The San Diego Neighborhood Funders (SDNF), an alliance of grantmakers and other resource partners that support residents in changing their own neighborhoods, provided grants of more than $3.4 million to fund programs and projects in the Diamond Neighborhoods, with $2.3 million of specifically allocated to The Village at Market Creek.
