Commerce in The Village at Market Creek has two key goals: unite diverse communities and capture the value of economic expansion through individual and community ownership.
Market Creek Community Ventures are social enterprises planned, staffed, managed, and owned by community residents. Some hold land for commercial, industrial, and residential projects being planned, designed, and built by community residents. Others create opportunities for employment, management training, and ultimately business ownership. Each will be community owned.
