Working Teams One of the true innovations of our work has been the development of resident working teams. Each team is made up by numerous members of the community, diverse in background and ethnicity but unified in their concern for the community and desire to bring positive change. Teams are facilitated by Jacobs staff members, who help the teams clarify their vision, define their purpose, and carry out the work that must be done.  The teams that began with the work on Market Creek Plaza have expanded and are now focused on implementing the community's vision outlined in the Village Center at Euclid and Market. Teams meet quarterly, monthly, and some bi-monthly. Usually, a core group of residents leads the team's work, but major decisions are placed before the larger group before taking action.Village Center teams include:
