The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation, with the help of community residents, is conducting a neighborhood-specific survey to collect health-related data. Other San Diego County health surveys have not addressed the specific health and wellness needs of our diverse southeastern neighborhoods. With this data we plan to work with other community organizations to help create better policies and programs to improve health, safety, equity, and overall quality of life in the area.
Who Can Participate? Residents, 14 years old or older, who live in one of the Diamond neighborhoods: Mount Hope, Valencia Park, Mountain View, Emerald Hills Webster, Oak Park, Chollas View, North Encanto, Lincoln Park, South Encanto.
