Diamond Neighborhoods NORTH ENCANTO Named for the Spanish word "enchantment," the community of North Encanto is situated on approximately 994 acres in the northeastern portion of southeastern San Diego. It is home to over 9,500 residents and is bounded on the north by Federal Boulevard and on the south by Imperial Boulevard. We are currently working with community residents and resident-led organizations to continually update this portion of our web site with updated photos and stories that will offer a view from the windows and lives of the people who share the rich history and culture of this community.  |
