Diamond Neighborhoods EMERALD HILLS The community of Emerald Hills was first developed in the 1920's as the Emerald Hills Country Club and Golf Course. Now populated by nearly 4,000 residents, where many of the homes enjoy beautiful views to the east and southwest of the San Diego Bay. Its major streets include Euclid Avenue and 60th Street, which run north and south, and Market Street and Federal Boulevard, which run east and west. We are currently working with community residents and resident-led organizations to continually update this portion of our web site with updated photos and stories that will offer a view from the windows and lives of the people who share the rich history and culture of this community.  |
